February 25, 2026 – Update

Our system upgrade is quickly approaching.  We wanted to bring to your attention some minor changes with the new system.

  • Member numbers and share suffixes:
    • Your member number will remain the same but your primary share suffix 99 will change to suffix 01.  If you currently have a Money Market suffix 01, it will change to suffix 06.  All other suffixes, including checking accounts, miscellaneous accounts, and IRA accounts, will remain the same.  The suffix changes will not affect any direct deposits or automatic withdrawals you currently have.
  • TouchTone Teller:
    • The toll-free TouchTone Teller phone number is changing to 833-990-0424.
    • On Monday, March 2nd all PIN numbers will be reset to the last four (4) digits of the social security number of the primary account holder.

Over the last few months, we have been working behind the scenes to bring you the most advanced financial services and products in the banking industry. We are pleased to announce that we will be upgrading our core computer system on March 2, 2026!

Timeline of events:

  • February 27 - March 4: Online/Mobile Banking will be unavailable starting at approximately 5PM on Friday, February 27th, until approximately 9AM on Wednesday, March 4th. TouchTone Teller, Mobile Check Deposit, and Bill Pay will also be unavailable during this time.
  • February 27 - March 2: The amount available for ATM withdrawals and Debit Card purchases will be limited during this time. We recommend keeping extra cash on hand or consider using a credit card for larger purchases. Our Visa credit card is not affected by these limitations.
  • February 28: The credit union will be open for normal business hours on Saturday, February 28th from 9:00am - 12:00pm. 
  • March 2nd: The credit union will be closed from 8am - 12pm on Monday, March 2nd. We will open for normal business at 12pm.
